Jacksonville Pond, VT
|
I painted this during a painting excursion to Vermont with a couple of my dearest painting pals, Sally and Diane from CT. It was such a peaceful morning, blessed with the fresh new greens of the Spring foliage. I get into such a concentration when I paint that it can be very tiring. I find that the periodic little exchanges of jokes and comments with pals while painting really helps get a momentary break. This experience of painting with friends was particularly memorable for its pleasant congeniality.
